All pets entering Australia (except from New Zealand) must complete mandatory quarantine at the Mickleham Post Entry Quarantine facility in Victoria. This can sometimes be a difficult decision for owners, considering the additional stress of having your loved ones being away for so long in a new country.

At Rosardi Pet Services, we coordinate your booking, verify all documentation is in order, and ensure your pet qualifies for the shortest possible quarantine period.

We will also ensure that you are able to receive updates on the status of your loved one whilst in quarantine, to give you peace of mind and assurances of their care! Our headquatres is conveniently located just 30 minutes from PEQ meaning we can often drop treats and dietary requirements to your pets if required!

Before requesting a quote, please consider the below:

· Understand that quarantine is mandatory and cannot be waived in any instance (10 or 30 days length depending on pre arrival identity verification

· Identity verification must be completed BEFORE RNATT blood test for 10-day eligibility

· Only pets from approved countries qualify for 10-day quarantine, we can help with this during your initial discussion with us.

· Be prepared to book your quarantine space as early as possible (the facility fills up quickly as it services all imports into Australia)

· Budget for quarantine fees (paid separately and direct to the government facility)

Australian Quarantine bookings should be made no later than 3-4 months in advance to secure space at Mickleham facility. We advise you to reach out as soon as possible to request your quarantine coordination quote and we will help you qualify for the shortest stay possible for your loved one!
